These Digital Artwork Terms and Conditions are an excerpt from the Ascension Portal B, LLC Terms of  Site and Product Purchaser Agreement embodied in Our Complete Terms of Service. Although we display them separately here for your convenience, they are made part of and incorporated by reference into the same.

 

SECTION 2 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

You agree that all images, text, downloads, designs, graphics, copyrights, trademarks, and service marks are owned by and property of Ascension Portal B, LLC or the properly attributed party (the “Intellectual Property”). It is a violation of federal law to use any of the Intellectual Property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should We choose to do so.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

You agree that You will use Our digital downloads for private, non-commercial uses only and that You will not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, adapt, edit, sublicense or transfer to anyone else. For example, You may not forward the file to someone else’s email or sell the print. You may not separate the artwork and use it as part of an invitation or any other piece, printed or digital.

Print restrictions for Downloads/Printables

After purchase, You may download your print up to but not exceeding two (2) prints of the digital download at the size purchased, for personal use or gifts only.

REQUEST FOR PERMISSION TO USE CONTENT

If You wish to use, or publish, or access any of Our content, Offerings, or related materials for any purpose other than personal use, You may do so by requesting and receiving written permission prior to commencing use of the same by emailing Us at insight@ascensionportalb.com.
